Trainings & Presentations

We provide training on campus mental health best practices for students, teachers, leadership, and other campus stakeholders. We help you digest existing evidence so you can make informed decisions. We also provide broader trainings on understanding student and campus mental health and speak at a variety of events. Campus Audits

We conduct a full audit of your campus policies and services against international best practices and provide you with recommendations on how to move forward. Our audits can include policy reviews, data collection, campus surveys, and stakeholder engagement activities to build a robust picture of your current successes and opportunities for action. We are well versed in student and workplace mental health standards; we can apply a whole campus approach or focus on a specific part of your community in our audits.

Mental Health Strategic Plans

We create Mental Health Strategic Plans either informed by our audits or as standalone projects that speak to your unique needs and are grounded in best practices. Our design process includes stakeholder consultation, environmental scans, needs assessments, and campus communications. Our strategic plans typically outline strategic focus areas, key objectives, success indicators, and proposed timelines but we can adapt to pre-existing campus strategic planning processes and frameworks.

Ad Hoc Policies, Procedures, and Content Development.

Do you have a specific project? We create tailored policies and procedures to help campuses respond to their most pressing needs. These have included suicide pre- and postvention policies, harm reduction strategies, crisis response plans, and program/service landscape scans and recommendations.
